Those who truly appreciate, but don't obsess over, fine wines and spirits will find Riedel's Vinum collection provides ample choice at moderate prices. Machine-crafted of 24-percent lead crystal, the 21 Vinum glasses are arranged by wine: reds, whites, and champagne; and cocktail, which includes a separate glass each for port, cognac, whisky, and martinis. The series also includes a tasting glass with a hollow, measured stem. While dishwasher-safe, Vinum crystal is best washed by hand to prevent detergent residue that can affect wine taste.
