I bought this just to "fill out" my order and get free shipping, but when I tried it I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.

I had bought two other openers, neither helped with opening a round jar of pickles. I got this one to see if it would work. Needless to say, it opened the jar with no effort. I just ordered two of the available colors, so I would always have one handy.
This works far better than the other two I purchased at twice the price. If you need easy opening, this is for you. Don't go for the expensive jar openers, buy this little gem.

I have small weak hands and have lots of trouble opening jars. I have tried everything to open jars, and I hated every gadget and method I tried - until this one! No effort involved, works in a second, the best couple of bucks I've spent!

I cannot believe someone didn't think of this before now! This little gizmo is effective, easy to use and store: you simply put the lever under the edge of the lid and pull up until the jar pops; the vacuum seal is broken and the jar is a cinch to open. Only one tiny drawback: it only works on the narrow, commercial lids, not the wider size that is used in home canning (and a few other, commercial products as well.) Still, a fabulous find, a God-send and I love it!

JarPops are super. They easily break the seal on jars and allow me to remove the lid with no problems.
